In the news recently Lindsay Lohan after serving a very short jail sentence and attending yet another rehab facility tweeted on her twitter page that she failed her first out of rehab drug test.
Yet again she has another warrant for her arrest after the judge revoked her probation on Monday.
Meanwhile in New York Ms. Lohan also withdrew her law suit against E-trade on Monday as well.
In my own humble opinion Lindsay Lohan's erratic behavior is a product of her home life.
Having two divorced parents on opposite sides of the fence and both using her for their own benefits.
Her estranged father, Michael Lohan has been in trouble with the law before and was giving interviews to the media about his daughter needing help.
These pleas are not with good intention but rather selfish intention because the media will capture him going out with other celebrities and trying to run in the "A-list" crowd.
Her mother who encourages this behavior by denying that Lindsay has any issues in her life is sadly making a huge mistake.
The mother Dina who also has another little girl, Lindsay's younger sister is setting a negative image for her younger daughter to follow in.
Hollywood is a place of temptations but if Lindsay had a strong family foundation her future could have been drastically different.
I do not know what it will take for Lindsay to get her act together and stop this horrible behavior.
She is 24 years old and a public figure which makes her a role model to other young girls.
Meaning because she is a Hollywood starlet she is not a normal person and should be upheld to these higher standards especially since she influences other people's lives.

Lohan Drops Lawsuit but Other Legal Troubles Persist
By DAVE ITZKOFF
Al Seib/Associated PressLindsay Lohan in court in July.Lindsay Lohan continues to keep the nation’s legal system busy on two coasts. According to a filing made Monday in a Manhattan court reported by The Associated Press, Ms. Lohan, the 24-year-old “Mean Girls” star, withdrew her lawsuit against E-Trade over a Super Bowl commercial for that online brokerage that she believed was taking aim at her. In the advertisement, a baby with an adult’s voice asks another infant whether he’s been visited by “that milkaholic Lindsay.” A lawyer for Ms. Lohan wrote in an earlier filing that the babies “were actually portraying” Ms. Lohan “and her grown-up friends,” but a lawyer for E-Trade responded, “No reasonable person would connect” the actress with the commercial.
Ms. Lohan may instead be marshaling her resources for her legal woes in California, where a Beverly Hills judge on Monday revoked her probation and issued a warrant for her arrest after she failed a drug test, The A.P. reported. Over the summer, Ms. Lohan served less than two weeks of a 90-day jail sentence and spent 22 days in a rehabilitation facility after missing a probation hearing in May stemming from her 2007 arrests on charges of drunken driving and drug possession. The warrant has been stayed until a Friday hearing to determine if Ms. Lohan’s latest actions violated her probation.
